TPL is responsible for letting EU compliant Catering Framework Agreements for our clients to use. All agreements are let following a competitive tendering exercise and, in common with all public sector bodies, are tendered in accordance with the European Purchasing Directives to ensure there is equal treatment of all Tenderers and that the process is fair and transparent. Due to the value of these framework agreements (i.e. they exceed £173,934 for Supply and Services contracts) TPL advertise in the Official Journal of the European Union.

TPL’s Framework Agreements usually range from a minimum of two to a maximum of four years and all frameworks that are due for renewal are advertised. We advise you to refer to the Tender Centre for updates on recently awarded, coming up and in progress tenders.

TPL normally conduct an EU tender using the Open or Restricted Procedures which normally take six to nine months so if you are particularly interested in tendering for one of our agreements then please look out for the notice during this period.

All TPL tenders are now conducted on-line through In-Tend and we ask that all interested suppliers logon to https://in-tendhost.co.uk/tpl/ and register their company. This electronic tender system enables suppliers to view tender opportunities and express interest, offering a secure environment to download tender documentation and submit tender responses electronically.
