Handmade Speciality Products Ltd (formerly Handmade Bakery Group) has been appointed as a supplier to the TUCO Specialist Cake supplier contract to supply all members on a national basis.

Handmade Speciality Products manufacturers branded and own label cake products for retail, wholesale and foodservice customers both here in the UK and overseas.

Building on a baking heritage of over 30 years, we are proud to introduce the OHSO Scrummy range for all discerning consumers who want tasty, premium quality and convenient bakery snacks.

All our OH SO Scrummy products are mixed using techniques mastered over decades of refinement to produce the perfect texture and taste. That knowledge and experience has been utilised to produce the perfect range to satisfy the most demanding consumer.

OHSO Scrummy Cookies

The Cookies have a rich crunchy texture and are golden brown with a ‘moorish’ sweet taste. They are all free from artificial colours, flavour and hydrogenated fats. They are also suitable for vegetarians, free from palm oil and GM free.

OHSO Scrummy Flapjacks

The Flapjacks are a wonderful soft eat, with a moist and oaty taste. All the Flapjacks are free from artificial colours, flavour and hydrogenated fats. They are also suitable for vegetarians, free from palm oil and GM free.

OHSO Scrummy Cake Slices

Our Cake Slices are a soft cake base, with a generous layer of cake topping. All the Cake Slices are free from artificial colours, flavour and hydrogenated fats. They are also suitable for vegetarians, free from palm oil and GM free.

Carrot, Lemon, Chocolate Fudge, Bakewell* and Banana* packed in single variant or mixed cases of 15.

*These are not included in the mixed case.    

OHSO Scrummy Gingerbread

Our Gingerbread men are a soft bite with a generous helping of ginger. The traditional shape will make you smile before you have even tasted the product. All our Gingerbread is free from artificial colours, flavour and hydrogenated fats. They are also suitable for vegetarians, free from palm oil and GM free.

OH SO Scrummy products are ideal for eating on the go, with a hot drink, as part of a balanced lunch box or to give you an energy boost.

We will be adding a range of muffins, cupcakes and cereal bars to the OHSO Scrummy range in the coming months.

OHSO Scrummy Muffins

We have an extensive range of Muffins topped and untopped ‘115g Muffin’ for that indulgent treat.

Packed in single variant or mixed cases of 18. Choose from Chocolate Chunk, Raspberry Fusion, Blueberry Crumble, Chocolate topped, Cappucino Delight, Lemon Burst , Chocolate & Orange and Toffee Blast.

In addition to this we are proud to announce the development of an OHSO Scrummy Fairtrade range which initially will include Cookies and Flapjacks but will be widen to include more bakery ranges over time.  This range includes Chock Chip, Fruit & Golden Oat Giant Cookies, Choc topped, Fruit & Yoghurt Topped Flapjacks and Blueberry, Lemon Poppy, Choc Chip and Raspberry Fill Muffins.          

The OHSO Scrummy Account Manager, David Ledger says ‘the new flapjack, cookie, cake slice Muffins and fairtrade range, gingerbread products are the first in a series of bakery snacks under the OHSO Scrummy branding which will delight consumers in the coming months. The all new brand and the sophisticated packaging have been developed to reflect the quality of the products and easily communicate the different variants while showing consistency throughout the range. With the development of our Fairtrade range we will be offering consumers both great tasting products as well as an ethically sourced alternative.’

All the products produced by Handmade Speciality Products are free from hydrogenated fats, artificial colours, artificial flavours and from GMO free ingredients.
