We have been in the business of supplying and recommending Hygiene Products and Equipment for over forty-five years.

Opened in 1964 it has remained a family owned and managed business based in the Liverpool area and now employs 22 full time staff, supplying over 3,000 lines to customers all over the North West Region and beyond.

Deliveries are made either by our own fleet of vehicles or one of our approved carriers. Customers who place orders from within the Merseyside area can normally expect delivery within 24 hours of order receipt.

We also offer our own Essentials Brand of products which cover housekeeping, catering and general maintenance areas. This range provides effective cleaning solutions, without compromising quality but at value prices.

Our sales team are all highly trained and able to provide expert assistance in solving any cleaning problem as well as carrying out reviews of current cleaning methods to offer alternative, cost effective solutions to your hygiene requirements which will not only improve the cleaning result but also reduce product usage and improve labour efficiency leading to cost savings.

We have a team of specialist staff for Kitchen, Laundry and Flooring areas who can offer expert advice and guidance about dosing equipment, hygiene practices and flooring equipment as well as providing full service support. Our engineering support extends to service and repair of most manufacturers models of vacuum cleaners, rotary floor machines and carpet extraction equipment. We are also able to provide a PAT testing service for all portable electrical appliances.

The philosophy in the business has always been to maintain our position as a leading company within our chosen industry. A part of this ethos ensures that note is taken of current legislation and we can provide all necessary documentation in respect of COSHH and the Health & Safety at Work Act as required and offer product use training to your staff.

We operate with a certified, fully Integrated Management System (IMS) encompassing ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.  This ensures we provide a quality service to our customers.

Our flexibility to deal with the requirements of large organisations has won business against our competitors, benefits we offer such as provision of flexible invoicing facilities, either per site or consolidated, sent by post, fax or email, production of usage data to assist in budget control and regular reviews of methods and products. We also have an extensive website through which customers may place orders. Payments can be accepted by credit/debit or purchasing cards as well as normal BACS and cheques.
