The Nairobi Coffee & Tea Company Ltd was established in London's Mayfair in 1925 and through our commitment to excellence, the company has grown to become one of England's leading roasters of coffee.

Nairobi is also aware of the environment and the concerns over the world’s limited natural resources and encourages the use of environmentally sound practices, from the utilisation of organic growing methods, through to using state of the art catalysers in our roasting process to reduce the impact of emissions during roasting, and the use of recyclable products.

Training & Menu Development (when appropriate)
A comprehensive equipment and product training schedule will be agreed with you to fully cover all the requirements for staff training from initial installation through to regular cleaning of the machine. The training will encompass a high standard set against our targets to enable a good benchmark of knowledge for your staff.
A comprehensive usage pack will also be provided for reference and to enable immediate cover for any new members of staff, including equipment cleaning and use, along with coffee knowledge. At Nairobi we have ongoing development of beverage recipes with more than 50 recipe ideas available at any one time. This facilitates the promotion of seasonal offers, from winter specials through to cool summer temptations. We are able to provide easy guides for staff enabling them to consistently produce any recipe ideas we have agreed.
