D.J. Wright Dairies is a private Limited Company, established as such in 1962, although has been trading in excess of eighty years in Bournemouth and Poole.

Our aim has always been to offer the customer, a first class service based around their dairy needs. Over the years we have carefully extended our range of chilled and ambient products to cover even more of the customer’s daily requirements. Most items are available for next day delivery. We operate a 24hour staffed depot with no cut off time for next day deliveries. We also work 363 days a year, only closing on Christmas Day and New Years Day.

We operate a fleet of 15 modern refrigerated vehicles from new purpose build premises in Poole. We have spare vehicles and cover drivers to ensure deliveries are always made regardless of any unforeseen events.

We hold the highest level EFSIS accreditation making sure our standards and procedures are exceptional.  We supply a large range of dairy and Bakery goods and a selection of essential dry goods. Our emphasis is on buying local and we assist smaller local producers of goods in their distribution by collecting direct from the farms. We now also offer a range of Organic and Free Range products. We have no daily minimum delivery value.

Our customer base includes Hospitals, Schools, Colleges, Universities, Nursing Homes, Visitor Attractions, Hotels, Restaurants and Shops.  We communicate regularly with our customers, working with them to provide product information and samples as well as site visits to producers.

We have, over the years, grown into the dominant Dairy in our area and this has been achieved through our service levels and flexibility.
